Compensation: $45K - $60K (DOE)

Oasis Travel Platform, an innovative travel software solution, is looking for a Technical Account Associate (Travel Software Guru) to join our team. We're seeking a highly tech-savvy individual with a passion for service and innovation and automation to help us continue providing top-notch support and solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: customer support operations, implementing new tools and strategies to enhance our service quality.

• Knowledge Base Development: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring that both our team and our clients have access to the information they need.

• Onboarding Process Automation: Streamline our client onboarding process with automation, making it efficient and user-friendly.

• Sales Support: Assist our sales team by pre-qualifying leads and conducting product demos that highlight the value and capabilities of our software.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer support and sales within the SaaS sector (or aptitude and strong willingness to learn).

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Programming experience is not required, but highly beneficial.

• Love of travel is always a plus.
