Feature Modules
Services
Add services on a day by day basis. Service records include display names that appear on client facing proposals, system names for easy searchability, descriptions and plenty of meta data to refine each service. Images can be attached to each service record allowing for quicker trip building capabilities. Services include all tours, transfers, or anything that provides value to the trip.
Content
Content can be added on a day by day basis and also includes a display name and system name allowing for efficient trip building. Content is used in multiple sections of Oasis including the Trip Introductions, city/country descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, custom content (in HTML format) and is a very robust way to make trip’s compelling to clients.
Accommodations
Accommodation records within Oasis include all the pertinent information of an accommodation including address, description, budget, type, and much more. Multiple images can be attached to an accommodations and each accommodation can have specific room types that can be added to multiple nights.
Meals
Indicate meals on each day including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Simple check a box and the meals for that day will be presented on the client facing proposal enforcing quick and easy trip building.
Balance Efficiency and Customization
Create templates for content that you use repetitively so you don’t have to write the same content over and over again. Want to have custom content per itinerary? Oasis, allows you to “Append” every service or content to a trip allowing for full flexibility without having to copy and paste from a word doc. Choose from multiple trip views to send your clients the perfect trip proposal. The itinerary capabilities allow you to present the itinerary with your company design at heart. From custom design features such as font or color scheme to full flexibility in establishing your company ethos and vision, we work with you to create an itinerary that is as unique as each tour operator, highlighting this to your client. You may also want to add custom content on individual trips such as including Tour Leader Bios, unique aspects of the trip or any other custom content pertaining to individual trips. Oasis has custom content for itinerary specific content as well.
