AOasis’s backend itinerary module allows users to build, edit, and customize itineraries easily and effectively. The module is broken into different tabs and views so that you can create an itinerary from top to bottom. Start with the trip information such as trip title, trip intro, than move to the day by day itinerary to build out each day’s content, services, accommodations, meals and images. Finally, add costs and all additional information such as inclusions, exclusions, header image and the itinerary is ready to be sent to your client.
The proposal view is a version of the itinerary you have created that is the first itinerary you can send to a client. The proposal view is tailored to showcase the lead’s name, prepare date, agent assigned to the lead, all the itinerary information as well as customizable HTML sections that can include everything from your ‘about us’ section, payment information, final details and much more. Each proposal has a unique (and customizable) client URL so you can send multiple versions of the trip to a client.
The itinerary view is similar to the proposal view with the main difference being that all sensitive information has been removed. The costs of the trip and payment information is removed so that this version can be shared.This itinerary is designed to be sent to family members, shared on social media, and be shared in general.
The confirmation view of an itinerary is a structured outline of an itinerary. This view includes all the pertinent information of a trip in a easy to read format. The confirmation view is what is sent to a client after they have booked their trip and are ready to go. The information includes all the clients’ names, booking ID, a stripped down version of the itinerary including the date, title, details, accommodations, and meals. This version also includes contact information for each accommodation and any local partner information (if you wish to include this information). It also includes your emergency contact information and inclusions/exclusions. There is also a HTML section that you can use to include final details.
The supplier view is a version of the itinerary that you can share with your supplier. It includes all aspects of the itinerary that need to be verified by the supplier including all content, services, accommodations, meals, inclusions, exclusions. It does not include images so that it is easier to send and also includes NETT pricing (the pricing you would receive from your supplier. This view is meant for Suppliers only.
The sample view is a version of the itinerary that strips out all sensitive client information including their name, dates, pricing, etc. This allows you to share this itinerary with prospective new clients that are interested in this trip or a similar version. The backend system allows you to search for trips based on their duration, destination, budget, and many more parameters so that you can easily find the trip you wish to share with prospective clients. You can also set the trip status to Sample so you can save sample trips for the specific purpose of sharing them as samples.
Create templates for content that you use repetitively so you don’t have to write the same content over and over again. Want to have custom content per itinerary? Oasis, allows you to “Append” every service or content to a trip allowing for full flexibility without having to copy and paste from a word doc. Choose from multiple trip views to send your clients the perfect trip proposal. The itinerary capabilities allow you to present the itinerary with your company design at heart.
