Customer Relationship Management
The CRM system allows you to track information on each individual booking as well as important client information. Lead records capture vital information on a booking including Sales Stage, Destination, Trips (specific to each booking), linking to the client record, as well as financials for all confirmed itineraries allowing you to manage your client relationships in a timely and professional manner. With our customizable Client Submission Form and integrated API capability, Oasis makes capturing vital client information a quick and painless process for both the tour operator and your clients.
Each company has their own language and ways of doing things, we took this into consideration when developing Oasis and have added custom fields that allow you to fine tune the software to reflect your company language.
Trip Building
Trip building can take as little as 10 minutes for customized FIT or group bookings. Each itinerary is comprised of individual building blocks such as Services (tours, transfers, etc.) Content (City/Region Descriptions, Trip Intros, etc.), Accommodations, Meals, and much more. Create templates for content that you use repetitively so you don’t have to write the same content over and over again.
Want to have custom content per itinerary? Oasis, allows you to “Append” every service or content to a trip allowing for full flexibility without having to copy and paste from a word doc.
Financials
Oasis Travel Platform has a powerful financials module that allows you to track and edit individual costs associated with each trip as well as keep track of supplier bills (accounts payable) and client invoices (accounts receivable) in an easy to use system. From individual trips to overall company financials, the system is easy to use and ensures that your company numbers match up.
With tools such as split bills (deposit/final), you can easily track payments due to suppliers. The system also allows you to track final payments due from a Client, you can even send Client Invoice reminders directly from the system. Oasis also utilized a robust reporting feature that is vital to overall company performance such as closed rates, overall sales, margins, etc. From an individual booking to overall company numbers, the financials module is designed to allow you to be more efficient and effective at tracking payments.
Balance Efficiency and Customization

You may also want to add custom content on individual trips such as including Tour Leader Bios, unique aspects of the trip or any other custom content pertaining to individual trips. Oasis has custom content for itinerary specific content as well.
